SAP BASIS - TECHNICAL ANALYST, LOCKHEED-MARTIN, INC., 01/11 TO PRESENT Member
of a seven member team that manages a 50 system multiple landscape SAP
environment that includes SRM, PI, ECC, BI, EP, GRC, and NWDI. Upgraded
SRM from 5.5 to 7.0. Individually responsible for transports (ABAP,
JAVA, and NWDI), note implementations, system monitoring, system
refreshes, upgrades, and service packs. Interacted with performance
teams in sizing systems prior to staged go-lives that included anywhere
from 500 to 5000 additional users. Assisted in the setup of centralized
monitoring through Solution Manager 7.0 and created standardized
daily/weekly checklists to help identify potential issues and problems.
SAP BASIS LEAD, CARIDIANBCT, INC. 03/09 TO 01/11 Created
initial process for refreshing QAS from PRD utilizing RMAN copies.
Completed a heterogeneous migration of two remote systems from Solaris
9 to AIX 5.3 (completed by copying files from Sweden to a local data
center in Colorado). Completed the migration of four local systems from
old IBM branded SAN to new NetApp SAN. Updated Solution Manager to
Enhancement Pack 1 and configured the use of centralized CCMS alerting,
Early Watch reporting, standard SLD updates via RZ70, and remote system
administration. Standardized system profiles across two separate ERP
landscapes to better identify performance issues and established
procedures for monitoring systems and managing system
copies/migrations.
SAP BASIS Technical Consultant at MindWorks Incorporated 03/08 to 03/09
Assisted in the
re-installation of nine SAP instances at a
local client in an effort to improve system uptime. Established
standard procedures across four independent landscapes (BI, CRM, ECC,
XI) to better manage system performance and reduce interruptions to
current business processes. Working with another local client to
establish a Disaster Recovery process for a landscape hosted in Canada.
Responsible for the daily operation of 18 SAP systems (CRM, ECC, BI,
and Solution Manager) used as testbeds for the development of a SAP
refresh application [most of which are hosted within VMWARE ESX 3.0].

SAP BASIS ADMINISTRATION CONSULTANT TO STARTEK INC. 08/07 to 02/08
Took over all Basis administration duties for a four
landscape SAP environment that includes ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, XI, AND EP
7.00. These duties include the daily monitoring via Solution Manager
4.0 , application of all Support Packs, packaging and import of
transports, and administration of user accounts and role
authorizations. Currently mentoring StarTek staff member to take over
position through weekly sessions and development of process
documentation.

Continued the improvement of Sarbanes-Oxley
reporting by
implementing Virsa compliance software. Managed the transition of SAP
R/3 sandbox installations into both a SAN based and VMWare hosted
environments. Currently managing the SAP administration support among 3
co-workers, along with 15 non-SAP related Linux and Windows Server 2004
based application servers. Incorporated project management software to
control upcoming implementations (which includes both Solution Manager
and ERP 2005). Improved data consistency among systems by implementing
homogeneous system copies utilizing MAX DB backups.

TO HERITAGE PROPANE, KEY COMPUTER CONSULTANTS, 08/01 to 06/06
Brought SAP and server based authorizations into
compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in August of 2005.
Installed and upgraded SAP systems (Central Instances, Application
Servers, ITS servers, SAProuter SNC servers, SAPGUI installs) on RedHat
Linux (completed first installation two months before SAP
implementation arrived). Managed initial hardware/server sizing
project. Set up ALE-IDOC links between systems. Completed multiple
in-place upgrades of SAPDB 7.3 to MAXDB 7.5. Established
quarterly upgrade cycles for service packs and SAP kernels. Setup 25
VPN connections to locations throughout North America. Created
error-free Nullsoft based installer for a Cash Management Java program
installed by over 300 remote sites. Developed edit screens in Java for
country-wide wholesale order distribution application.

WebTrends. Reduced number of support calls by creating web-based
customer reports (order status, order history). Coldfusion
applications: shopping cart framework to catch incomplete orders,
e-mail generator using in-house FoxPro databases, customer web usage
tracking system (developed outside of WebTrends), order tracking report
with a link to the UPS site for delivery information. ASP applications:
training scheduling program for classes held at locations across the
country, credit card donation verification process for the "Women
