and completed the companies first system refresh to QAS utilizing RMAN
restores on Oracle 10.2 (AIX 5.3 OS). Created a project time line,
managed, and completed a productive heterogeneous system copy from a
remote site in Sweden to a local site in Colorado. Migration of SAP
R/3, ECC, and Solution Manger systems into a AIX 5.3 and 6.1 HA
clustered environment.
SAP BASIS Technical Consultant at MindWorks Incorporated 03/08 to 03/09
Assisted in the
re-installation of nine SAP instances at a
local client in an effort to improve system uptime. Established
standard procedures across four independent landscapes (BI, CRM, ECC,
XI) to better manage system performance and reduce interruptions to
current business processes. Working with another local client to
establish a Disaster Recovery process for a landscape hosted in Canada.
Responsible for the daily operation of 18 SAP systems (CRM, ECC, BI,
and Solution Manager) used as testbeds for the development of a SAP
refresh application [most of which are hosted within VMWARE ESX 3.0].

Took over all Basis administration duties for a four
landscape SAP environment that includes ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, XI, AND EP
7.00. These duties include the daily monitoring via Solution Manager
4.0 , application of all Support Packs, packaging and import of
transports, and administration of user accounts and role
authorizations. Currently mentoring StarTek staff member to take over
position through weekly sessions and development of process
documentation.

Continued the improvement of Sarbanes-Oxley
reporting by
implementing Virsa compliance software. Managed the transition of SAP
R/3 sandbox installations into both a SAN based and VMWare hosted

based application servers. Incorporated project management software to

Brought SAP and server based authorizations into
compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in August of 2005.
Installed and upgraded SAP systems (Central Instances, Application
Servers, ITS servers, SAProuter SNC servers, SAPGUI installs) on RedHat
Linux (completed first installation two months before SAP
implementation arrived). Managed initial hardware/server sizing
project. Set up ALE-IDOC links between systems. Completed multiple
in-place upgrades of SAPDB 7.3 to MAXDB 7.5. Established
quarterly upgrade cycles for service packs and SAP kernels. Setup 25
VPN connections to locations throughout North America. Created
error-free Nullsoft based installer for a Cash Management Java program
installed by over 300 remote sites. Developed edit screens in Java for
country-wide wholesale order distribution application.
