II. WORK HISTORY
SAP NETWEAVER BASIS CONSULTANT TO STARTEK, INC, 08/2007 - PRESENT
Responsible for the daily operation of both an ECC 6.0 and a BI 7.0
landscape. Assisting in the implementation of HCM into ECC with the
activation of ESS/MSS into EP and payroll data extracts via XI/PI.
Mentoring StarTek staffer to take over responsibilities at the end of a
six month contract. This
contract ends in January 2008 which is when I will continue working
directly for MindWorks Incorporated of Broomfield Colorado.
BASIS ADMINISTRATOR/SYSTEM ANALYST, ENERGY TRANSFER - HERITAGE PROPANE
06/2006 to 07/2007
Continued the improvement of Sarbanes-Oxley reporting by implementing
Virsa compliance software. Managed the transition of SAP R/3 sandbox
installations into both a SAN based and VMWare hosted
environments. Currently managing the SAP administration support among 3
co-workers, along with 15 non-SAP related Linux and Windows Server 2004
based application servers. Implemented project management software to
control upcoming implementations (which includes both Solution Manager
and ERP 2005). Improved data consistency among
systems by implementing homogenous system copies utilizing MAX DB
backups.
CONSULTANT TO HERITAGE PROPANE, KEY COMPUTER CONSULTANTS, INC.
08/2001 to 06/2006
Brought SAP and server based authorizations into compliance with
Sarbanes-Oxley requirements in August of 2005. Installed and upgraded
SAP systems (Central Instances, Application Servers, ITS
servers, SAProuter SNC servers, SAPGUI installs) on RedHat Linux
(completed first installation two months before SAP implementation
arrived). Managed initial hardware/server sizing project. Set up
ALE-IDOC links between systems. Completed multiple in-place upgrades
of SAPDB 7.3 to MAXDB 7.5. Established quarterly upgrade cycles for
service packs and SAP kernels. Setup 25 VPN connections
to locations throughout North America. Created error-free Nullsoft
based installer for a Cash Management Java program installed by over
300 remote sites. Developed edit screens in Java for
country-wide wholesale order distribution application.

Developed standardized web usage reporting using WebTrends. Reduced
number of support calls by creating web-based customer reports (order
status, order history). Coldfusion applications: shopping
cart framework to catch incomplete orders, e-mail generator using
in-house FoxPro databases, customer web usage tracking system
(developed outside of WebTrends), order tracking report with a link to
the UPS site for delivery information. ASP applications: training
scheduling program for classes held at locations across the country,
credit card donation verification process for 'Women Helping
Others' charitable foundation.

collections module written in Visual Foxpro 5.0 (using Codebook 3.0 as
an application framework). Decreased time to generate
end-of-month reports by 50 percent through programming changes and
applying a server based defragmenter (NT4.0). Managed 40 user Windows
NT 4.0 multi-server network which includes a proxy server to
the internet via an ISDN line. Evaluated commercial replacements for
current auto loan Notes Receivable database. Implemented collections
policy changes to a UNIX based phone center dialer. Created
an Access 97
database to generate reports and track investor information. Created an
executive reporting system (tracking delinquency by customer location
and car type) using an activex Crystal Reports control on
Internet Information Server 4.0.

Updated EDI conversion program from 3010 to 3040 format. Resolved daily
Novell server abends by updating server software and drivers. Converted
inventory and production reports from FoxPro 2.0 to
Visual FoxPro 3.0. Implemented production materials projection report.
